The Medical Call Center was founded to resolve the many problems that overseas patients may experience when using a Korean medical service center. Professional consultants provide consultations in Korean, English, Japanese, Chinese, Russian and Arabic on a 24-hour/day basis.
Main Functions of the Medical Call Center
- To improve customer satisfaction by monitoring complaints lodged by overseas patients.
- To act as a window for the Medical Dispute Mediation Secretariat in such situations as medical accidents involving overseas patients.
- To provide basic consultations, to advise clients on how to resolve medical disputes, and to move the secretariat so as to resolve medical accidents at an early stage.
- To provide effective resolutions for overseas patients in emergency situations.
- To provide objective information on the relevant medical institutes, invitees and insurance companies of patients from overseas.
- To provide the basic information and procedures necessary to treat overseas patients in Korean medical institutes and invitees inviting and treating overseas patients
